La Directorate General is composed of the following management units:

The Director General’s Cabinet

• Two (02) Technical Advisers;
• Two (02) Attachés;
• one (01) Secretariat.

Services affiliated to the Directorate General :

• the Internal Audit and Quality Control Division (DAI);
• the Follow-up and Management Control Unit;
• the Studies, Cooperation and Legal Affairs Unit (CECJ);
• the Communication and Public Relations Unit ( CELCOM  );
• the Computer and Statistics Unit ( CIS  );
• the Translation and Bilingualism Promotion Unit ( CTB  );
• the Sub-Department for Reception, Mail, Documentation and Records ( SDAC  );
• the Stores Accounting Service ( SCM  ).

Central Administration, shall be made up of: 

• the Department of General Affairs(DAG);
• the Local and Innovative Material Promotion Unit ( CPM  );
• the Design and Construction Department ( DCC  );
• the Research, Scientific and Technical Service Division;

Operational and Decentralised Technical Services:

They are located in  five (05) Regions of Cameroon. They include:

• The Specialised Vocational Training Centre (CSFP) (Nkolbikok-Yaoundé);
• The Nkolbisson Multipurpose Centre ( Yaounde);
• Regional Centres located in the North West (Bamenda), North (Garoua) and Far North (Maroua) regions;
• The Specialised or Multipurpose Antennas located in Ekondo-Titi, Dibombari and Ngaoundéré.
